Francis Uchenna Chima better known as Frankay Onfire or just Kay Onfire, is a Nigerian hip-hop recording artiste, singer, song writer. In 2013, he began writing rap songs and freestyles; in 2015 he began recording officially and has since dropped multiple singles. He also went on a University tour in 2018 in the Eastern part of Nigeria. Also bagging a Degree in Computer Science.
His rap single “Xtraordinary” which he released in 2019 broke through and gained recognition especially from from hip-hop heads. He has since released rap freestyle singles including “A lot on Myself” in 2020, “End game” in 2021 and “We Know” in 2022.
He also participated in the 2022 Hennessy Artistry. Known for his lyrical prowess and spontaneous freestyles combined with his genius versatility in multiple genres including Afro-pop, Afrobeats & Afro-fusion.
He released “These Days” a sublime blend and infusion of Afrobeats and Afro-pop on January 2023 which is already becoming a street anthem amplifying his title as “Artiste with No Genre”.
