Recognised by the Recording Academy as a ‘Rising Afrobeats Star’, Lisa Yaro is a Nigerian-American songwriter, actress and producer. Garnering praise and accolades across her career on an international scale, the artist has been the recipient of opportunities to work alongside the likes of will.i.am, her hard work truly paid off when she was acknowledged on the Grammy Nominated project ‘Smoove Jones’ for Mya under the Best R&B album category.
Alongside her wider involvement in the industry, Yaro has enjoyed independent success for a sleek Afrobeats sound, the latest of her releases arriving now as ‘Mahogany’, a lush, atmospheric and lively new single.
